You may schedule a tour by contacting our office either by phone or email during our regular business hours. We will need the following information:
- Name (Primary Contact)
- Phone number
- Email address
- Number of students and grade in school
- Number of chaperones and number of parents (if applicable)
- Are you a community college group? High school group? Middle school group? Or individual?
- Mode of transportation you will be using to arrive on campus
Reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Tour confirmations are sent via email. Tour dates requested more than three (3) months in advance, requests during Final Exams, and any requested dates that fall during a class recess period will be tentatively scheduled, and are subject to Tour Guide availability.
When you arrive for your scheduled tour, check in at Student Affairs 106 with your name and number of students present.
A reservation is strongly encouraged to ensure we are able to accommodate all guests, but individuals/small groups (1-4 people) may join regularly scheduled tours as a walk-in, based on availability with the exception of Saturday Tours. Walk-ins must be physically present at the time the tour begins; phone/email walk-in requests and late walk-ins will not be accommodated. Walk-ins are not accepted on Saturday tours.
