I practice from an integrative approach informed by several theories including systems, attachment, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, somatic psychotherapy, and EMDR's adaptive information processing, always viewing the whole person through a biopsychosocial lens and keeping in mind the neurophysiological storage of our traumas. My clinical interests include trauma, multiculturalism and diversity, young adult identity development, somatic psychotherapy, relationships with self and others, eating disorders, anxiety and anger management, depression, gender and sexual identity, men’s and women’s issues, mindfulness, projective assessment, forensic psychology, and interpersonal neurobiology. I am an Approved Consultant and Facilitator in EMDR and a Certified Integrative Body Psychotherapy Practitioner and Teacher.
